I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with the cleaner doing a very good job. The hotel facilities were also great, with the room being comfortable and offering a small balcony with amazing views. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the ferry pier and the SkyTrain station. This made it very convenient to explore the main tourist sites in the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, arranged a taxi for me at a good rate to my next destination.

The staff were amazing and were great too ensure my safety and comfort. The front desk personnel were warm and friendly, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the receptionist even helped arrange a taxi ride at a good rate.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, and considering the basic amenities provided, it's definitely worth the stay. The staff is very attentive and the service is commendable. The location is convenient, with its proximity to the train station, the city center, and the central ferry terminal, making it easy to explore all the main tourist sites. Plus, the rooms on the upper floors provide a nice view, especially with the blocked-out windows. And the breakfast, with enough coffee included, is a great way to start the day.
All was just fine, no improvements needed.

Comfortable room with good value and views from the window and balcony. Breakfast was decent and filling. Strong wifi signal. Friendly and welcoming staff. Convenient location for water taxi. Worth considering for longer stays.
